The advance payment made at the beginning of the project, ranging from 20% to 50% of the total project cost, is non-refundable. This payment is intended to secure our commitment to initiate the project and allocate resources.
Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable. We put considerable effort into ensuring the successful completion of project milestones, and thus, payments made for these achievements are non-reversible.
Project Termination or Cancellation
In the event of project termination or cancellation by the client, the following refund policy applies:
- Completed Milestones: Payments made for fully completed milestones are non-refundable.
- Partially Completed Milestones: Refund eligibility for partially completed milestones will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Factors such as the level of completion, incurred costs, and project-specific circumstances will be taken into account.
If a client is unsatisfied with our software solutions' performance, we encourage immediate communication to address concerns and find resolutions. Refund considerations in such cases will be based on the specific circumstances and efforts taken to rectify any issues.
To request a refund, clients must submit a formal request in writing, detailing the reasons for the refund and any relevant supporting documentation. Our team will review the request promptly and communicate the decision to the client.
